As our name suggests, Panest is basically a network of youth-development oriented bodies, mainly schools, clubs and other groups. As such, there are only three full-time workers. The majority of the remaining workers are part-timers, working in the various schools and clubs. There are also an open, sizeable number of volunteers from the community supporting our programmes.
This is indeed a pioneer and innovative structure. The growth of the member bodies in the network has been controlled due to our limited resources.
However, Panest maintains a list of registered beneficiary schools, clubs and individuals. The purpose is to extend support to them whenever resources become availble, either internally or from external donors.
